Peloton Launches “Split Replays” Collection Gathering Instructors’ Unofficial Strength Split Programs

Peloton has launched a new collection called “Split Replays,” gathering several of its instructors’ unofficial split strength plans into one place.

Peloton describes the collection as follows:

“Craving more structure in your strength work? These split training plans are specially curated by instructors using classes you know and love, grouped together to help you take the guess work out of strength training.”

The plans collected here are “unofficial,” meaning they are not formal Peloton programs. They live in the general on-demand library rather than the Programs tab, carry no badges, and have always required members to track down and bookmark each class individually.

Pulling them into a single collection makes those splits far easier to find, and gives an official home to what had been an instructor-driven, build-it-yourself format.

For now, the collection does not include a detailed overview of what each split involves, so members will need to open each one to see what is inside. Many of these unofficial splits are also listed on our programs page.

The collection currently includes splits from six instructors:

  • Rebecca Kennedy’s Split
  • Katie Wang’s Split
  • Robin Arzón’s Split: Groups 1 and 2
  • Selena Samuela’s Split: Groups 1 and 2
  • Joslyn Thompson Rule’s Split: Groups 1 through 4
  • Camila Ramón’s Split: Groups 1 through 4

The numbered groups are simply separate splits, so the instructors with more than one each have multiple distinct plans in the collection, fourteen in total at launch. The collection is likely to grow as more instructors create unofficial split strength programs

You can find the collection in the Peloton app via the Split Replays page.

Will you be adding one of these splits to your strength training?
