Peloton’s “Live Spring Cross-Training Plan” was a 4-week live training plan that ran from April 13 through May 8, 2026, mixing daily strength sessions with the member’s choice of cardio on the Bike, Tread, or Row. The plan was hosted as a flash challenge while running live, with members earning a gold badge for completing 18 of the workouts.
While the plan is no longer running live, all of the classes remain available on-demand within the dedicated Peloton Live Spring Cross-Training Plan Collection – and may be moved into the programs area in the future.
