Peloton instructor Robin Arzón is starting a podcast.
Robin shared the news via Instagram, writing:
This community has never shied away from going deeper. You ask better questions. You want honest conversations. You’re pursuing excellence in every area of life. Not perfection. Alignment. Growth.
That’s why I’ve been working hard to build Project Swagger, your transformation toolkit. Every 30-minute episode, I’m sitting down with you, sharing the routines, mindset shifts, and strategies that have carried me through fear, growth, motherhood, reinvention — all of it.

The post includes a Reel of Robin introducing the podcast and how she came up with the idea. She describes the podcast – titled “Project Swagger” – as a “transformation toolkit” that will provide listeners with “actionable takeaways” in less than a half hour each week.
In an interview with The Wrap, Robin explained that while most episodes will feature Robin solo, the format will also include listener Q&A segments and a short “phone a friend” feature, where she connects with notable friends and colleagues.
However, Robin made clear she is not interested in a traditional interview format. Instead, guest conversations will focus on mindset, habits, and actionable strategies that shape each person’s version of hustle.
The first episode will premiere on Tuesday, February 24, and will focus on self-talk. Listeners can expect new episodes regularly on Tuesdays, and can tune in via Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, or anywhere else podcasts are consumed.
The podcast is being produced in partnership with Vox Media, and is part of Robin’s larger Swagger Society brand.
Robin joins several other Peloton instructors who have started their own podcasts, including Camila Ramón, Matty Maggiacomo, Cody Rigsby, Marcel Dinkins, Joslyn Thompson Rule, and Jenn Sherman.
You can see Robin’s full announcement post via Instagram, and catch the first episode of “Project Swagger” on February 24.
