After the success of her video interview series last year, Peloton instructor Marcel Dinkins is back with the second season of “Take The Hill,” this time with a podcast format as well.
Marcel first launched her “Take The Hill” series last year, but the first iteration was limited to Instagram. Throughout the series she interviewed a variety of guests who shared their experiences facing life’s uphill battles. The series emphasized the metaphor of running uphill: a difficult but rewarding endeavor that parallels the challenges many face.

The inaugural episode of the second season – which now takes the form of a podcast and became available this week – features an insightful conversation with fellow instructor Mariana Fernández, who shares her unique journey of resilience and personal growth.
Marcel shared her excitement about the episode via Instagram, writing:
“Our first guest is none other than the transformative , smooth flowing yogi Ms. @la_tiamariana .
Mariana was instrumental in launching spanish language content for Peloton . The crazy thing is that if it weren’t for an unexpected move to Mexico City things may have looked a bit different for Mariana.

Marcel Dinkins’ “Take The Hill” podcast is now available on Spotify, and the official description reads:
