Peloton has launched a new 10K training program.
The new program is a German language program called “Du kannst: 10km laufen” – which translates to “You Can Run: 10K”
The program is 6 weeks long, and consists of 3 runs a week. Peloton has a similar “Road to 10K” program available in English, which was launched in 2024, for those who don’t speak German.

The longest run of the program are 60 min runs.

Here is the official description for “Du kannst: 10km laufen” from Peloton: “Get started on your path to 10km with Erik, Jeffrey, Marcel, and Mayla. Over the next 6 weeks, this program will help you build endurance, speed, and confidence to successfully complete a 10k run.”

How to join the Peloton Du kannst: 10km laufen program
At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the Du kannst: 10km laufen program, and join the program.
