Peloton members can anticipate a wealth of new programming from Peloton this month, as indicated by the February Workouts to Watch email.
In case you missed it, last month Peloton resumed highlighting upcoming content initiatives through a monthly “workouts to watch” email. February promises a new program from Ally Love, a two-for-one ride with Kirsten Ferguson and Tunde Oyeneyin, and more.
First, Ally Love will launch a solo official Peloton training program. Called “The (Re)Build,” the program will cross multiple modalities and aims to support members who are returning to fitness after a break. The teaser in the email reads:
Update – Ally Love’s new (Re)Build program is now available. Find details here.
Coming back after a fitness hiatus? Join Ally to make purposeful progress with the (Re)Build program: 7 days of targeted, efficient workouts across strength, cycling, Pilates, and stretching. Starting February 13.

This suggests a one-week program – potentially designed to be repeated over time – with an official launch date of Friday, February 13. Interestingly, the description mentions Pilates, which Ally has not taught on the Peloton platform since 2021. Members can also expect classes in strength, cycling, and stretching. We will be sure to share the full details when the program officially launches.
In the meantime, you can explore the wide variety of Peloton programs available through our dedicated Programs page. Note that Ally also has a Set the Barre program with Hannah Corbin for those interested.
Next, Kirsten and Tunde will teach a joint cycling class as part of Peloton’s ongoing Black History Month celebration. The class is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, February 22 at 2:30pm ET. This will showcase Kirsten on the bike – a modality she has not taught on the Peloton platform, but one that she does have a background in.

Peloton’s email describes the class as one that members “won’t want to miss”. In the past members have speculated on whether Kirsten might eventually teach cycling classes since it is part of her fitness background, and a special two-for-one ride is how Peloton has made some announcements of this nature in the past. We will of course share any updates on this front as they become available.
Peloton’s February Workouts to Watch email also highlights the upcoming HYROX training program, which is set to launch on February 27. We have previously reported that this new content is on the way, and you can read all of the details via our overview article.

Finally, the email calls attention to Peloton’s new Bench Strength Collection, which houses all classes on the platform that incorporate a bench.
We will share the full details as new information becomes available; but Peloton members certainly have lots of new content on the way this month.
