Joslyn Thompson Rule’s Split + Walk Program (3 Day) on Peloton

Peloton has released a brand new Split + Walk program, taught by Joslyn Thompson Rule.

This is Joslyn’s first split program – and consists of three different 30 minute workouts.

The first part of the workout is warmup & strength, before ending with a 10 minute walk on the Tread. The Tread portion of the class are taught using pace targets – some of the first classes to feature walking pace targets.

Joslyn promoted this program by saying:

Walking is one of THE most underrated forms of exercise, and I’ve been trying to get the world to lift for years, so this combo is everything!

She went on to recommend taking it for 4-6 weeks in a row, in order to track & see your progress.

How to join the Peloton Joslyn Thompson Rule’s Split + Walk program

At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the Joslyn’s Split + Walk program, and join the program.
