Andy Speer Teases New Advanced 5-Day Split Strength Program on Peloton

Peloton instructor Andy Speer has hinted that a brand-new advanced split strength training program is on the way.

Update – Andy Speer’s new 5 day split-strength program will be released on Monday, August 11th @ 10:00am ET

On June 12, a 15-minute full body mobility class with Andy was released to Peloton’s on-demand library. During the class introduction, Andy shared that the session was specifically created to accompany his new 5-day advanced split strength program. He stated:

“This is a 15-minute full body mobility class. I designed this class specifically for my 5-day advanced split program, which you can find in ‘programs,’ but it is also a wonderful full body mobility class for you.”

However, as of the time of the class release, Andy does not have a 5-day split program available in the “Programs” section of the platform. This suggests that the program has already been recorded and will likely drop in the near future.

The teaser comes just one day before the launch of Peloton’s three new Split+ programs with Adrian Williams, Jess Sims, and Robin Arzón, which are scheduled to arrive on Friday, June 13.

Those 3 new programs are tied to Peloton’s broader program overhaul, which officially launches the same day. As we previously reported, the revamped structure aims to improve the overall experience with more flexible progression. However, the update also comes with some trade-offs — namely, the removal of program access on web browsers and smart TVs. You can read more about those changes via our recent article.

It remains to be seen whether Andy’s 5-day advanced split strength training program will launch alongside the other new content on June 13, or if it will follow at some point afterwards. Either way, Andy’s new mobility class offers a strong hint that the program is on its way – and likely coming very soon.
