New Peloton “Commuting Meditation” Classes and more for This Week at Peloton (May 19 – 25, 2025)

Peloton is introducing (or re-introducing) another new class sub-type this week as part of their “This Week at Peloton” Instagram post, along with featuring a number of other classes.

This new class sub-type is Peloton’s “Commuting Meditations” classes. These are mediations that are “meant to be taken on your commuting journey.” Peloton teased that two of these were available when they made the post Monday – however, they were not actually released until Wednesday, May 21st.

There is a 10 min Evening Commute Meditation with Kirra Michel, as well as a 10 min Morning Commute meditation with Aditi Shah. Peloton describes the Morning Commute Meditation class as:

This Morning Commute Meditation is meant to help you find a moment of calm before you start your day. No matter what your commute looks like, take a moment to find some peace in what can sometimes be a stressful journey.

The evening commute is similar, just swapping “before you start your day” with “at the end of your day.”

Previously, Peloton had created a “Hack The Commute” initiative & collection of classes – which was focused on UK commuters. These new commuter meditations from Peloton do not appear to tie into that.

Adding to this year’s Mental Health Awareness Month classes, Peloton has a new 30 minute Outdoor Mindful Walk with Mariana Fernández – from 5/14/25 @ 12:00am ET. You can find it on-demand here, and is the first full-length outdoor walk taught by Mariana

Also this week, a 45 minute Recovery Ride with guest instructor Christian Vande Velde will drop on demand on Wednesday, May 21 at 12 AM ET.

Lastly, close out the week on the Tread with Jon Hosking on Friday, May 23 “At The Club.” This is Jon’s signature Walk + Run class series.

His live 30 minute “At The Club” Walk + Run will be Friday at 1 PM ET (6 PM BST). You can find Jon’s signature series in its own class collection.
