Peloton’s “Strength for Cyclists” with Ben Alldis Program (in English)

Peloton has released a brand new “Strength for Cyclists” program this week.

Ben Alldis teaches the English language program, which is 1 week long with 6 classes.

There is also a similar version in German, taught by Erik Jager.

The “Strength for Cyclists” program is designed to “help boost your speed, endurance, and stability on the bike”. It is structured to be taken over 3 days – with each day consisting of a 20 or 30 minute strength class, followed by a 10 minute stretch.

This is Peloton’s fourth “Strength for X” program. There are already Strength for Golfers, Strength for Skiers, and Strength for Soccer programs. Here is the official description for “Strength for Cyclists” from Peloton: “Boost your performance with the Strength for Cyclists program! Build power, endurance & stability through targeted workouts to improve posture, increase pedal efficiency, and help you gain the extra strength to crush every ride!”

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Gold badge for completing 6 classes out of the total 6 classes.

How to join the Peloton Strength for Cyclists with Ben Alldis (in English) program

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Strength for Cyclists program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.
