Peloton’s “Strength for Cyclists” with Erik Jager Program (in German)

Peloton has a brand new German-language “Strength for Cyclists” program, taught by Erik Jager.

This is a one week program created to improve cycling performance through specific strength training, designed to help you increase your power.

This program was released alongside an English-language Strength for Cyclists program by Ben Alldis as well.

The program suggests taking two classes together on the first day, and then the rest alternating days between stretching and strength. However, the English program has you combine your strength & stretching on all 3 working days of the program, so that structure would likely work here as well.

Below, you will find full details & information on the German-language Strength for Cyclists program on Peloton.
