Peloton has shared which featured classes you can look forward to during the week of April 21 through April 27, 2025, via their weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram post.
Start your week with Aditi Shah and her live Morning Meditation and Morning Slow Flow Yoga stack on Tuesday, April 22. Her 10 minute meditation is at 7:30 AM ET, followed by a 20 minute Slow Flow at 7:55 AM ET.

On Wednesday, April 23, the newest Rolling Hills Cycling class will be available on demand at 12 AM ET. This will be a 15 minute Rolling Hills Ride taught by Olivia Amato.

The Rolling Hills Rides are a new cycling class type that launched earlier this month. So far there are three Rolling Hills Rides currently available to take on demand. Olivia’s will be the first 15 minute class.
Later this week on Friday, April 25, Hannah Corbin will teach a 45 minute Barre class live at 9:30 AM ET. Peloton recently “refreshed” the Barre and Pilates classes adding some new class formats based on the duration of class, for example 15 minute Express classes.

Finally, Peloton’s latest Tread program “You Can Run: 5K” is now available to take in English, Spanish, and German! You can find it under the Programs tab on your Tread, Tread+, or on the app.

The “You Can Run: 5K” program is a 3-days-a-week, 8-week program designed to get you ready to run a 5K (3.1 miles) and is great for beginner runners. It was originally released on April 4 in English and German. The new Spanish 5K program has the same class schedule and instructors as the English program, so it is assumed that Spanish subtitles are now available for each individual class.

Finally, while not included in Peloton’s “This Week” post, Peloton also teased that new video guided scenic content will be dropping on Thursday, April 24. The teaser video shows instructors Ally Love and Camila Ramón on location. The guesses in the post’s comments are leaning towards Miami, Florida.
