Peloton has shared which featured classes you can look forward to during the week of March 10-16, 2025, via their weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram post.
Celebrate World Sleep Day with Peloton on Friday, March 14 with new sleep meditations on demand at 12 AM ET. The following special guided sleep meditations will be available:
- 10 min. Sleep Meditation with Chelsea Jackson Roberts
- 15 min. Sleep Meditation with Anna Greenberg
- 20 min. Sleep Meditation with Aditi Shah

Also on Friday, March 14, celebrate Holi, the Hindu Festival of Colors. A new 20 minute Holi Pilates class with Aditi Shah will be available on demand at 12 AM ET.

On Saturday, March 15, join the leaderboard for a live 30 minute Club Bangers Ride with Alex Toussaint at 2 PM ET.

Close out your week with Peloton on Sunday, March 16 with strength and stretching with Andy Speer. Every Sunday, Andy has a Total Strength 60, his 60 minute Full Body Strength class, at 12:30 PM ET. Pair this week’s live Total Strength 60 with his latest 15 minute Full Body Stretch, which is now available to take on demand.
