Peloton Outage: Bug with classes, stacks and more

Peloton is being impacted by an outage this morning (Saturday, January 18, 2025).

Update – As of 11:45am ET, Peloton reports the issue should be fixed and services are getting back to normal.

This is causing a variety of issues. Some members are unable to access their stacked classes, while other members are unable to load classes.

On the Peloton Bike, Tread, and Row – some people are seeing a screen that reads “Some Information May Not Load”

It goes on to say that “You will still be able to see the video and take the workout as usual, but a few features may not appear during your workout.”

Peloton has created an issue for this outage, saying “Classes are slow to load and may be missing some features.”

The latest update is that the team is looking into it.
