Peloton and The Steve Fund are sponsoring an upcoming virtual event centered around protecting your mental health while using social media.

The event, “Managing Social Media Stress,” will be held Thursday, October 17 from 5:30-6:30 PM ET. The panel is teased as focusing on “important topic of balancing your online presence with self-care, mental health awareness, and physical activity.”

The panel will feature Ash Pryor as well as Jarred Denzel Keller, Mental Health Advocate with The Steve Fund.

In today’s digital age, the pressures of maintaining an online presence can feel overwhelming. In this discussion, we’ll explore strategies for managing social media stress and protecting your mental well-being. You’ll learn how to set healthy boundaries, reduce anxiety, and foster a positive relationship with digital platforms. This session will provide practical tips to help you balance your digital life with self-care and physical activity, keeping you resilient in a hyper-connected world.
