September 2024 Peloton Metrics classes.

Third set of Peloton Metrics classes (with very little storytelling) released

Earlier this week Peloton released a fresh batch of metrics classes, which focus primarily on the numbers and music with very limited anecdotes or storytelling from the instructor.

Nine new classes were released to the on-demand library on September 15 at 12:00am ET. There are four rides, three runs (all pace targets), one hike, and one row, all taught by different instructors, including two classes in German and one class in Spanish. You can view the complete class list below:

Most of these classes have been placed in the dedicated Metrics Collection, which also includes content from previous releases.

Note that the runs are all pace targets runs, so will only show up on a Peloton Tread or Tread+.

The drop marks the third installment in Peloton’s Metrics content, which re-appeared after a years long hiatus in April of 2024 with a second release in June of 2024. Peloton previously had Metrics rides available until approximately 2018, but they phased out the class type early that year. There are some small differences between the two iterations, but they maintain the same focus. The class format emphasizes the numbers relevant to the workout – such as cadence and resistance for the bike, include and speed for the Tread, etc. – with a distinct fitness-focus. There is little to no storytelling or the usual chit chat from the instructors.

You can find the newest installment of Peloton’s Metrics classes on your hardware device, the app, or web browser – either within the specific modality or within the umbrella Metrics Collection.
