Peloton's newest Fit Family Break classes from Jess Sims

New Epic Sing-Along Ride, Fit Family Classes, 60 Minute Yoga Flow, and Power Zone Max Ride for This Week at Peloton (7/22-7/28)

Peloton shared which featured classes you can look forward to during the week of July 22-28, 2024, via their weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram post.

First up, Jenn Sherman recently taught a new 30 minute Epic Sing-Along ride that is now available on demand. The class is dated July 21, 2024 from 10 AM. Jenn shared on her personal Instagram ahead of the ride that the theme for the class’s playlist would be yacht rock.

Next, Jess Sims released three new Fit Family classes straight to the on demand library. They are all 5 minute Fit Family Brain Break cardio classes. You can find these classes easily by going to the Cardio category and filtering on “Family” for the class type.

In addition to the Fit Family Brain Break classes with Jess Sims and Fit Family Yoga with Kristin McGee, Peloton also recently launched Fit Family Shadowboxing classes at the end of 2023 with Selena Samuela, Jermaine Johnson, and Rad Lopez. There are also Family Meditations with various instructors.

This week, you can count yourself in to a live 60 minute Yoga Flow with Aditi Shah on Sunday, July 28 at 8:30 AM ET (1:30 PM BST).

Also on Sunday, July 28 there will be a live 45 minute Power Zone Max Ride with Christine D’Ercole at 2 PM ET (7 PM BST).

If you’re new to Power Zone rides, you can check out one of Peloton’s Power Zone cycling programs: Discover Your Power Zones, Build Your Power Zones, and Peak Your Power Zones. You can also find stand-alone classes by filtering Cycling on the “Power Zone” class type.
