Peloton instructor Cliff Dwenger has written, recorded, and released a song in collaboration with the BIG Gospel Choir called “Work Hard, Pray Hard”.
Cliff released the song earlier this week across streaming platforms. Then, he also included the song in his Gloriously Gospel Ride from 7/7/24 @ 10:30am ET – which is part of his “Gloriously Gospel” signature series.

On streaming platforms, the song can be found under the name “Afrow Cliff” – which is the same name as Cliff Dwenger’s social media handles.
In addition to the BIG Gospel Choir – Cliff’s wife (who is singing with the BIG Gospel Choir) and daughter are also featured in the song. Cliff has been sharing details about the song on his social media channels throughout the week.
Cliff Dwenger’s song “Work Hard, Pray Hard” is the third song included on the playlist for his ride. Although the ride is in German (with English subtitles) – Cliff’s song is in English. During the song, Cliff raps along to his parts of the song, with the BIG Gospel Choir singing along as well.
Like several other recent rides (Alex Toussaint’s Lil Jon Ride as well as Ben Alldis’ Defected Records Live DJ ride) – this class uses a steady cam walking around the studio featuring some unique camera shots and close up of certain moments.

Although the class was released on-demand – it was pre-recorded with members in the studio. Like prior classes in his Gloriously Gospel signature series” – the BIG Gospel Choir is featured on bikes during the class, singing along during the ride to all the songs (not just Cliff’s).
This is the third ride in the four-ride series:
- Gloriously Gospel 30 min w/Cliff Dwenger 4/7/24 @ 10:30AM ET
- Gloriously Gospel 30 min w/Cliff Dwenger 5/12/24 @ 10:30AM ET
- Gloriously Gospel 30 min w/Cliff Dwenger 7/7/24 @ 10:30AM ET
- Gloriously Gospel 30 min w/Cliff Dwenger – TBD
For those who might not know, Cliff Dwenger is no stranger to the music scene. If you have taken one of his rides you may have noticed his ability to rhyme and his exceptional vocal skills. Cliff was one of the finalists of the 2018 season of The Voice of Germany. His blind audition was to “Ice Cube’s You Can Do It”.
Cliff uses his musical talent to make this series one that fills your soul and has you climbing the leaderboard. Cliff is the first instructor to release his own song, use it in a class, and tie it into his own series.
Kirsten Ferguson also recently said she would be utilizing his track for her some of Intention Setting Class playlists as well in the future.
