Around a month ago, Peloton launched a new style of coaching for running classes: pace target classes.
Instead of calling out a specific speed (i.e. 5 – 7 mph), the coach calls out an effort level. Those effort levels are automatically mapped and displayed to speed ranges on the Peloton Tread & Tread+, based on a difficulty level each member chooses. You can read more about how the feature works in our overview & explanation of Peloton’s Pace Target classes for Tread & Tread+ here.
At this time, the classes are only available on the Peloton Tread & Tread+ – they can not even be found by searching for them in the on-demand library from the app, website, or any non-Tread device.
Peloton did create a new “Pace Target” collection to house the classes, and make them easier to find. Unfortunately, that collection has yet to be updated with any of the new classes since the original group was released – and there is also no search or filter.

Over the last month since pace target classes were released, Peloton has quietly been adding one or two new pace target classes a week to the library. However, since they aren’t being added to the collection, and members can’t search or filter for them – many members are not able to find them.
We have compiled a complete list of Peloton’s pace target classes – which you can find below. While you won’t be able to play the class from the app – you can see the details of the class, including the class plan & structure, to figure out where to fit the class into your training plan.

Hopefully in the near term, Peloton will begin updating the collection again, or add a dedicated filter or search feature to find the pace target classes, but until then, we will continue to update this list periodically as new pace target classes are added.

Thank you for putting this list together! I love pace target classes, and it’s frustrating how there’s no way to filter or search for these classes.
THANK YOU for compiling this. Love these classes and hope they expand to include 45 minute runs soon — or even better, apply paces to all new classes.
When I click on the links the peloton website states that the class is no longer available. Did they pull these classes?
These classes are still not available as far as I can tell. They pulled them at some point in the summer.
This is awesome! I just stumbled on pace classes by accident and I like them. I was running too fast on recovery and too slow on pushes.
