Peloton has released a new series of Pet Appreciation / Pet Friendly classes in honor of Pet appreciation week.
These classes were first teased earlier in the week, when some new Peloton pet apparel was released.
In a post announcing the classes, Peloton said:
Celebrate the love we have for the animals who share our lives every day. Check out a new collection of classes focused on honoring our pets, and earn a special badge when you take one.
At time of publishing, there are currently 3 Peloton Pet-Friendly classes (or Peloton pet appreciation classes) available. Two are available as audio only classes, while the other is a traditional class.
The classes are:
- Jess Sims – 10 min Fit Family: Pets Edition – 6/6/24 @ 11:00am ET
- Andy Speer – 15 min Pet Friendly Outdoor Run (Audio) – 6/6/24 @ 11:00am ET
- Nico Sarani – 10 min Pet Friendly Meditation (Audio) – 6/6/24 @ 11:00am ET
All of the classes have a similar description, with it being some variation of “Celebrate Pet Appreciation Week with this fun pets themed run class”
There is a new “Pet Friendly Classes” collection that has been created to house these classes. You can find this collection in the Peloton app, or via the web here.
Taking one of Peloton’s pet appreciation classes will also earn you a special badge. As always, you can find a full list of Peloton badges and how to earn them here.
Jess Sims shared the following about the classes, saying:
“My puppies, Sienna and Shiloh, have brought me so much joy, and I love that both pups are always excited for whatever we have planned — whether it’s heading outside for a walk or snuggling on the couch. And now, I’m so excited to help all the pet lovers in the Peloton community celebrate and move with their favorite furry friend. You can be sure that Sienna and Shiloh will take every class in our new collection!”
