If you have experienced issues utilizing Max – formerly HBO Max – via Peloton Entertainment on your hardware device in recent days, you are not alone. Peloton has acknowledged that there is an issue with Max on Peloton Entertainment and has created an official incident report.
Over the past few days members have been posting on social media that they are unable to stream content from Max through Peloton Entertainment. On May 30th, 2024 Peloton reported that they are “investigating the issue.”
The issue was created as:
Members are reporting that they are unable to use the Max Entertainment App on our Platform
As of publishing time only Max appears to be affected by this bug; members have shared that other streaming services are working normally.
Some members have been impacted by simply having issues with being able to watch a video after picking one to play. Other members have said the option to open Max has simply disappeared for them.
Neither a cause nor a potential timeline for a fix have yet been communicated.

This appears to be different than when Amazon Prime was quietly removed from an option and was never added back. Here, Peloton says they are working on a fix.

Now it’s completely gone , it’s doesn’t show up as an option anymore…
Max no longer shows up in my entertainment screen. Pelobuddy says the issue with Max was resolved, but it’s completely disappeared for me. Is anyone else experiencing this?
