This Week at Peloton (Featured Peloton Classes) for May 13-19, 2024: 2-for-1s, Bollywood and Mariachi Yoga, Beginner Boxing

Peloton has shared which featured classes you can expect to see via their weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram post for the week of May 13-19, 2024.

First up this week is a new Beginner Shadowboxing class with Rad Lopez. This will be a 30 minute class live on Tuesday, May 14 at 12:30pm ET. If you want to find out more about Peloton’s Shadowboxing cardio classes, make sure to count yourself in on the live schedule, or take it on demand.

For beginners looking for more introduction to Shadowboxing content, make sure to check out Peloton’s 2-week “Get Hooked” boxing program.

Next, Peloton highlighted two upcoming yoga classes. Mariana Fernández has a Mariachi music yoga flow in Spanish. This class will premiere on Wednesday, May 15 at 6:30pm ET, or you can find it afterwards in the on demand library.

Another special yoga class this week is a Bollywood slow flow yoga with Aditi Shah. This will be a live yoga class Thursday, May 16 at 7:30am ET. This is a 30 minute class set to the sounds of old Bollywood films and was co-curated with Aditi’s father. Count yourself in on the live schedule.

Lastly, there will be two special 2-for-1 classes on Saturday, May 18 held in conjunction with Peloton’s 20 Million Minutes Challenge to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month. The goal of this Challenge is for the Peloton community to collectively log 20 million minutes of movement on the Peloton platform in 24 hours. Adrian Williams and Alex Toussaint are teaching a 30 minute Walk + Run together live on May 18 at 11:30am ET, and Camila Ramón and Tunde Oyeneyin are teaching a 30 minute Ride together live on May 18 at 12:00pm ET.
