Peloton has released a German version of their “7 Days To Better Sleep” Program.
Nico Sarani teaches the “7 Days to Better Sleep (DE)” program, which consists of one class per day.

There is also a English language version with Chelsea Jackson Roberts and a Spanish language version with Mariana Fernandez.

Here is the official description for “7 Days to Better Sleep (DE)” from Peloton: “Join Nico for this week-long guided meditation program that focuses on deep rest and letting go of the outside world. All you need is 10 minutes per day to begin to settle into a better night’s sleep!”

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 5 classes, Silver badge for completing 6 classes, Gold badge for completing 7 classes out of the total 7 classes.
How to join the Peloton 7 Days to Better Sleep (DE) program in German
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the 7 Days to Better Sleep (DE) program, and join the program. You can join on the web here.
