Peloton has launched their latest split strength training program – this time a 4-day intermediate level program led by Jermaine Johnson.
In a post announcing the new program, Peloton said that: “No complicated workouts here, just foundational movements that are simple, easy to follow, and highly effective. The more you repeat it, the stronger you’ll become.”
The program is designed to be repeated for multiple weeks, to track your progress over time.

This is the third split strength program led by Jermaine Johnson. There is also a 3 day intermediate program and a 5 day intermediate program.

Targeting specific muscle groups, it’s designed to be repeated and to improve everyday movement and your overall fitness.”

How to join the Intermediate 4 Day Split program with Jermaine Johnson on Peloton
At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the Jermaine’s Int. 4 Day Split program, and join the program.
