There is currently a bug related to taking Peloton classes in web browsers for members located outside the US.
In addition to taking Peloton classes on hardware devices (like the Bike, Tread, Row, and Guide), or the Peloton apps – people have the ability to take classes on a computer through their web browser (like Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and more). This gives people more options on how, and when, they can take a Peloton class.
Unfortunately – there is an issue with the web browser for some members. Specifically – those members located in the UK, Canada, Germany, and Australia are not currently able to load classes through their browser. Austria is not mentioned, though it seems likely they are impacted by this issue as well. Those members who are located inside the US are still able to take classes through their browser as normal.
This does not appear to be impacting their ability to take classes through devices or apps – just on computers (or mobile browsers).
Peloton created a bug report for this issue on Thursday, July 25th. The incident is titled “Web App not loading classes in UK/CA/DE/AUS”

The first status on this report is that “We are currently investigating this issue.”
A few hours later, Peloton marked the incident as resolved, so it should once again be working for everyone.
Since the bug is related to the web browser, once Peloton identifies the root cause, it should be a relatively quick fix to roll out an update (unlike with bugs with the iPhone or Android app, who have to go through an approval process through the app store for updates).
