Peloton’s newest strength training program launched today, and it is a 4-week long “Upper Body With Tunde” program.
Unlike some other recent strength programs – this is NOT a Strength+ program. This means that all Peloton users should be able to find & take the program – it is available in the regular Peloton app.
Tunde Oyeneyin’s new program is 4-weeks long, and during the program, you will be ” building strength in your arms, shoulders, chest, back and core.”

After the first warm-up class, you’ll find 3 days of classes each week, with each day consisting of a single 20 or 30 minute class.
This class comes as something as a follow-up to Tunde’s popular Arms With Tunde program which launched in 2022.

Here is the official description for “Upper Body with Tunde” from Peloton: “Join Tunde for 4 weeks of training focused on building strength in your arms, shoulders, chest, back and core. Each week, Tunde will lead the way as you push, pull, lift, curl and press your way to an overall stronger upper body.”
Peloton’s “Upper Body with Tunde” Program Badges
It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 7 classes, Silver badge for completing 10 classes, Gold badge for completing 12 classes out of the total 13 classes.
How to join the Peloton Upper Body with Tunde strength program
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Upper Body with Tunde program, and join the program. You can find it on Peloton here.

Note that as part of Peloton’s relaunch of programs, these classes are “locked” and only available as you progress through the program. Welcome to Upper Body with Tunde! In Week 1, Tunde will help set your intentions for the next 4 weeks while building the foundation upon which you’ll work toward your goals.
