Tobias Heinze is the latest Peloton instructor to debut a signature class series.
“Unleash Your Limits” is a new German-language running series. The first class in the series, a 45 minute run, will take place on Tuesday May 21 at 12pm ET.
The class description for the first “Unleash Your Limits” run with Tobias Heinze is:
“Unleash your full potential and take your running training to the next level with Tobias. Overcome your limits and discover your inner champion!
Tobias first shared that the series would be coming through a post to his Instagram earlier in the week.

He then took to his Instagram stories to share more details about what the “Unleash Your Limits” series will entail (captions were translated into English).
“It’s a pretty hard run. There will be a series of about 6 episodes, and each of these trainings has a focus. For instance, to increase your blood’s maximum oxygen uptake to raise your lactate threshold, or rather to make you more enduring and faster.”
As Tobias shared, the “Unleash Your Limits” series will comprise six classes of a rather challenging difficulty level.
“These are not classes that you can do every day. These are classes that must be planned, but that have a real impact, meaning they really move you forward.”
You can find Tobias’s posts saved to his Instagram highlights called “Unleashed.” Tobias also said he will do an Instagram live to answer more questions about his signature series but did not specify when it will take place.
It is not clear yet how long it will take for these new classes in the series to get English language subtitles.
