Peloton is teaming up with Twin Health, a company focused on AI-driven metabolic care, to help people improve their health through movement.
The collaboration will integrate Peloton’s library of live and on-demand classes into Twin Health’s personalized care plans. According to the press release:
By integrating Peloton’s fitness and wellness content led by world-class instructors directly into each member’s hyper-personalized AI Digital Twin care plan, Twin is creating a new standard of care for metabolic health. The AI Digital Twin recommends specific Peloton content that will help members achieve their metabolic health goals. For example, low-impact cardio to improve heart health, strength training to build metabolic resilience, yoga for stress management, and guided meditation to improve sleep quality.
Twin Health’s “AI Digital Twin” technology creates a real-time model of each user’s metabolism using data from wearables, lab results, and nutrition logs. By weaving Peloton workouts directly into these customized health programs, the partnership aims to make exercise a key part of the approach to metabolic health.

Through this integration, Twin Health members will receive complimentary access to the Peloton App One membership tier. Members will also be eligible for discounted Peloton Bike+ rentals or All-Access memberships.
Peloton Senior Vice President & General Manager for Peloton for Business Greg Hbyl shared:
“The idea that movement is medicine has always been central to Peloton’s mission. Our interest in improving people’s health outcomes is about putting that belief into action at scale, which we can accomplish with Twin Health. Together, we’re pairing connected fitness and wellness with clinical care to unlock life-changing health outcomes for more people than ever before.”
Twin’s care model leverages AI to recommend specific Peloton workouts based on individual health goals. Lisa Shah, Twin Health’s Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer, explains:
“Twin Health members can benefit enormously from Peloton’s extensive library of expert-led content across many disciplines. This partnership reflects our commitment to reinventing metabolic care by combining Twin’s continuous, precision-guided insights with Peloton’s industry-leading fitness and wellness content. Together, we help members achieve lasting health outcomes and sustain muscle mass while safely reducing or discontinuing costly medications like GLP-1s, without rebound weight gain.”
For Peloton, the partnership marks another step into the health and wellness space beyond traditional fitness content.
Peloton has also recently announced partnerships with Respin Health for menopause classes, upcoming classes designed by Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), as well as the acquisition of the BreathWrk app.
