Peloton's "Train Like Usain Bolt" program is the second custom training program as part of Peloton's Champions Collection. Previously, Peloton created a similar one week training program for Allyson Felix. Both of the programs lead you through a week of classes that simulate how the athletes might train and prepare for a big event. The classes were recorded & created specifically for this program.

Here is the official description for "Train Like Usain Bolt" from Peloton: "This week, train like the world’s fastest man: Peloton member Usain Bolt. In his program, you’ll zip through striders, build your core and sink into stretches—all to Usain’s top dancehall and reggae tunes."
Peloton's "Train Like Usain Bolt" Program Badges
It wouldn't be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 7 classes, Silver badge for completing 10 classes, Gold badge for completing 12 classes out of the total 13 classes.

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Train Like Usain Bolt program, and join the program.
