Peloton shared which featured classes you can look forward to during the week of October 14-20, 2024, via their weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram.
First up, the new week of Discover Yoga classes dropped on demand on Monday, October 14. Week 5 is taught be Denis Morton and focuses on Balancing Postures.

There are two 10 minute classes, two 20 minute classes, and one 30 minute class available to focus and improve your balancing postures. You can find details on the Denis Morton Balancing Postures yoga program here.
Next, Becs Gentry will teach a live 60 minute Endurance Run on Tuesday, October 15 at 12 PM ET (5 PM BST).

Peloton also shared on Instagram a reminder that Real Routes Rides are coming. These will be taught by pro cyclist and guest instructor Christian Vande Velde. We shared a full breakdown on what to expect from a Real Routes Ride last week.

The first class will be available on demand on Wednesday, October 16 and will focus on Col du Galibier, a famous section of the Tour de France.
Also this week, catch Aditi Shah on the mat with a live 20 minute Bollywood Pilates class. This will be on Thursday, October 17 at 9:30 AM (2:30 PM BST).

Close out your week with Ally Love on the Bike. Ally will teach a live 30 minute Boss Ride on Sunday, October 20 at 12 PM ET (5 PM BST).
