Peloton has shared several featured classes that members can look forward to during the week of May 12 through May 18, 2025, via the weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram post.
First up this week, join Mariana Fernández on the tread for a 90 minute Long Run on Monday, May 12 at 12 PM ET.

The “Long Run” class type seems to be popping up more. Becs Gentry recently had a 60 minute Outdoor Long Run on April 30, 2025, and Jeffery McEachern taught a 75 minute Long Run in German on April 8. Perhaps we will see more of these longer duration runs for members who are training for long races.
On Wednesday, May 14, the newest Kettlebell class will drop on demand at 12 AM ET from Assal Arian. She’ll have a 20 minute Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning class available. This class will most likely be in English – although it hasn’t been explicitly clarified yet.

Remember you can find all of Peloton’s Kettlebell classes in its Kettlebell class collection, and new Kettlebell classes gets released every Wednesday.
Also releasing on demand Wednesday, May 14 at 12 AM ET, Denis Morton will have a new 20 minute Evening Yoga Flow and a 10 minute Breathing Meditation.

Denis recently became Peloton’s newest official Meditation instructor.
Lastly this week, Leanne Hainsby-Alldis will have a 45 minute Progressive Push Ride available to take on demand on Wednesday, May 14 at 12 AM ET.

The “Progressive Push cycling classes just launched last week. If you missed it, these rides are an “endurance-focused, low-impact ride that starts steady and builds to a strong finish.” Think of it as similar to a Progression Run, but on the Bike.
