Peloton has shared a new week of featured classes in their “This Week at Peloton” post. Here is what you can look forward to for the week of March 9 through 15, 2026.
First up, start your mornings off with new yoga and meditation classes. On Monday, March 9, Mariana Fernández had a live 20 minute Morning Slow Flow in Spanish at 8:30 AM ET. You can find this class here.

Later this week, Chelsea Jackson Roberts will have a great morning yoga and meditation stack. On Thursday, March 12, join Chelsea on the live leaderboard at 7:30 AM ET (11:30 AM GMT) for a 20 minute Intermediate Morning Yoga Flow, followed by a 10 minute Morning Meditation at 7:55 AM ET (11:55 AM GMT).
On Wednesday, March 11, a new 20 minute Soundtrack Strength Club with Callie Gullickson will drop on demand at 12 AM ET (4 AM GMT).

You can find all of the Soundtrack Strength Club classes in their own class collection. If you aren’t familiar with Callie’s signature class series, you will work out to songs from a soundtrack of one of Callie’s favorite movies.
Also this week, Marcel Dinkins has a live 60 minute Walk + Run on Thursday, March 12 at 3:30 PM ET (7:30 PM GMT). This class will feature pace targets.

On Saturday, March 14, Matt Wilpers has a 90 minute Power Zone Endurance Ride live at 8:30 AM ET (12:30 PM GMT).

Also be on the lookout this week for Peloton’s week 2 of 2026 Women’s History Month classes.
