Progressive Push Ride, Calming Walking Meditation, New Classes for Golfers, and More for This Week at Peloton (July 6 – 12, 2025)

Peloton has shared (a day earlier than usual) which featured classes are coming during the week of July 7 through 13, 2025.

Start your week off strong with a live 30 minute Progressive Push Ride with Ally Love on Monday, July 7 at 8 AM ET.

Progressive Push Rides launched in May of this year. This cycling class type is endurance-focused to build stamina through progressive intervals, whether they are time-, cadence-, or resistance-based. You can also find these rides in the Progressive Push class collection. As of July 6, there are 10 classes in the collection.

On Tuesday, July 8, jump on the Tread with Jon Hosking for a 20 minute Hike at 7:30 AM ET (12:30 PM BST).

Several featured classes will drop directly on demand on Wednesday, July 9 at 12 AM ET, including a new 15 minute Calming Walking Meditation with Mariana Fernández.

As a reminder, Peloton has multiple class types for outdoor meditations. This week’s new meditation from Mariana is an Outdoor Walking Meditation, which first launched at the end of 2023. Walking Meditation classes usually have specific themes, like Breathing, Morning, Calming, and so on.

You can find Walking Meditations under the Meditation category by filtering on class type “Walking Meditation.” There is also a designated Walking Meditation class collection.

These classes are not to be confused with Peloton’s Outdoor Mindful Walks which just launched earlier this year. So far there are three classes, which you can find under the Outdoor category by filtering on class type “Theme Walk.” The Outdoor Mindful Walk class type also has its own class collection.

Lastly this week, new Golfer classes from Selena Samuela are dropping on demand on Wednesday, July 9. There will be a new 20 minute Strength for Golfers and new 10 minute Mobility for Golfers.

If you plan on golfing this summer, don’t forget about Selena’s 1-week Strength for Golfers program that incorporates strength and mobility all week long.
