Peloton shared which featured classes you can look forward to during the week of January 20-26, 2025, via their weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram.
First, Emma Lovewell has a new 10 minute Core Strength that is now available on demand. This class was dated Monday, January 20 at 12 AM ET.

Also available on demand are 2025 Martin Luther King, Jr. Day classes from Monday, January 20.

The 2025 MLK Day class details include:
- 30 min. Martin Luther King Jr. Ride – Tunde Oyeneyin – 1/20/25 @ 12:00 AM ET
- 30 min. Martin Luther King Jr. Yoga Flow – Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts – 1/20/25 @ 12:00 AM ET
- 10 min. Martin Luther King Jr. Meditation – Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts – 1/20/25 @ 12:00 AM ET

Also this week, Denis Morton taught a live 30 minute Power Zone Max Ride on Tuesday, January 21 at 8:30 PM ET.

On Thursday, January 23, Mariana Fernández will teach a live 75 minute class. Join her on the leaderboard at 1:30 PM ET (6:30 PM GMT) for a 75 minute Walk + Run. This Walk + Run will be another great addition to the longer duration class offerings.

To stretch out from all these great classes this week, Peloton will have three new stretches available on demand.

The class details for these new stretches are below:
- 10 min. Full Body Stretch – Callie Gullickson – 1/20/25 @ 12:00 AM ET [On Demand]
- 10 min. Lower Body Stretch – Ben Alldis – 1/22/25 @ 12:00 AM ET [On Demand]
- 5 min. Upper Body Stretch – Hannah Corbin – 1/23/25 @ 12:00 AM ET [On Demand]
