Peloton Increases In-Person Studio Booking Limit from 4 to 6 Classes Per Week

Peloton is increasing the number of in-person classes members can book per week at Peloton Studios.

Starting now, the weekly booking limit is increasing from four classes to six classes per week.

The daily limit of two classes remains unchanged. Previously, members were limited to two classes per day with a total cap of four classes across the full bookable period (Thursday through Sunday at PSNY). Now, members can still book up to two classes per day, but the overall weekly cap has been raised to six.

Waitlist spots continue to count towards both the daily and weekly limits — so if you are booked into six classes for the week, you will not be able to add a waitlist spot on top of that.

This is the first change to the in-person booking limits since December 2023, when Peloton began counting waitlist spots towards the weekly limit. The four-class weekly limit itself had been in place since January 2023, when Peloton expanded in-person classes from Friday–Sunday to Thursday–Monday and introduced the booking caps to give more members a chance to attend.

In recent weeks & months, members have noticed more open spots available for booking closer to the weekend — particularly on Thursdays. This increase in the weekly limit is likely aimed at helping ensure that classes are as full as possible, rather than having open spots go unfilled while members who would take them are already at their booking limit.

The change comes following several other recent adjustments to the studio schedule. In late 2025, Peloton announced that Peloton Studios London would no longer have live classes on Sundays starting in 2026, reducing PSL’s member schedule to just Fridays and Saturdays.

As a result, this new six-class limit has no practical impact in London — with only two days of member classes and a two-per-day limit, London members are still maxed out at four classes per week.

Additionally, Peloton recently shifted the member class window at PSNY. Classes with members used to run from Thursday afternoon through Monday mid-morning. Now, member classes run from Thursday morning through Sunday evening — with no Monday member classes. This means PSNY members have four days (Thursday through Sunday) to spread up to six classes across, with the two-per-day limit still in effect.

Here is a summary of how the booking limits have changed over time:

  • August 2022: Studios reopen with member classes Friday–Sunday
  • January 2023: Member days expanded to Thursday–Monday; 2/day and 4/week limits introduced
  • February 2023: Waitlist spots don’t count towards limits
  • December 2023: Waitlist spots now count towards limits; 2-hour claim window added for waitlist spots
  • October 2025: Member days at PSNY shifted to Thursday AM–Sunday PM (no more Monday member classes at PSNY)
  • January 2026: PSL drops Sunday live classes, reducing London member days to Friday–Saturday
  • Now (February 2026): Weekly limit increased from 4 to 6 classes; 2/day limit unchanged

As always, new in-person classes continue to be released each Thursday at 12:00pm ET via the studio booking site. If you’re interested in booking a class at PSNY or PSL, check out our comprehensive guide and tips for booking in-person Peloton classes.
