Structured Training with Peloton – Peloton Programs

Peloton has introduced a new view of their workouts called Peloton Programs. The initial programs are called “Welcome to the Leaderboard”, “The Climb”, and “Ride Tabata with Robin”.

Each program is a group of pre-selected on-demand workouts, designed to create a coherent set of training rides. Each program has a different focus so each set of workouts will be different. For example, “Welcome to the Leaderboard” would be a great set of workouts to jump into for someone who has just gotten their Peloton. It will lead you through some basics and build up your endurance and strength.

Currently, the only programs offered are for the bike – we can assume that in the future they will roll out training programs for the Treadmill and other fitness disciplines as well.
