A long-requested Peloton program is finally here.
Selena Samuela is teaching a strength for golfers program on the Peloton platform. This is a one week program, designed to help golfers with strength on and off the course. A post about the program said members will “Build strength and enhance mobility over one week of tailored training.”
The program is one week long, and includes 8 classes. The description notes that Selena is a “Titleist Performance Institute Certified Coach.”
As always, you can find full details, including a list of classes in the program, below. Selena’s strength for golfers program can be found in the program section of the Peloton app and website.
In a unique twist, all of the programs are also added to the on-demand library – so you can find them in the “Strength” and “Stretching” section of the on-demand library without needing to use the full program. This is one of the first programs where classes can be found in the on-demand library, in addition to being locked behind a program.
In a post announcing the program, Selena said:
These classes were designed to help support your swing not to teach you how to swing. The idea is that a swing is dependent on what an athlete can physically do, so if you can physically do more then you should be able to do more with your swing, whether that’s developing better range of motion or learning how to drive power from the ground up WITH proper sequencing (the sequencing and swing mechanics part you gotta work on on your own, either solo or with a coach) I’m here to support you in your golf fitness journey! Let’s make some moves!
For the German community, Peloton has also released a strength for golfers program, in German, taught by Irene Kaymer.

Selena had teased this program earlier this month, saying her new program was aligned with her interests and hobbies – which many people took as a clue to mean golf.

Here is the official description for “Strength for Golfers” from Peloton: “This program, led by Titleist Performance Institute Certified Coach, Selena, is designed to enhance the physical capabilities of golfers. You will work on strength and mobility to support performance year-round on the course.”

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 4 classes, Silver badge for completing 6 classes, Gold badge for completing 7 classes out of the total 8 classes.
How to join the Peloton Strength for Golfers by Selena Samuela program
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Strength for Golfers program, and join the program. You can find it on the Peloton website here. As noted above, you can also find them in the on-demand library.
