Standing Postures Program by Mariana Fernandez (Discover Yoga Week 2 on Peloton)

Peloton has released Week 2 of their Discover Yoga collection. This is a “Standing Postures” program, led by Mariana Fernandez.

Mariana Fernandez’s Standing Posture program on Peloton is described as:

In Week 2, Mariana explores upright postures you can do with two feet on the ground.

One important thing to note about this program is that it is actually found in the collections area of the Peloton app. This means there are no badges, and you don’t have to officially opt into the program.

Peloton first announced their Discover Yoga programs in early September, and it will end up being 9 different week long programs. Each week will be led by a different instructor.

Day 110 min Foundations: Standing Postures – Mariana Fernandez – 9/23/24 @ 12:00am ET

Day 220 min Closed Hip Standing Postures – Mariana Fernandez – 9/23/24 @ 12:00am ET

Day 320 min Open Hip Standing Postures – Mariana Fernandez – 9/23/24 @ 12:00am ET

Day 415 min Symmetrical Standing Postures – Mariana Fernandez – 9/23/24 @ 12:00am ET

Day 530 min Standing Postures Flow – Mariana Fernandez – 9/23/24 @ 12:00am ET

Class Descriptions for Peloton’s “Mariana Fernandez’s Standing Postures” Program

Day 1 – In this 15 minute class, Mariana introduces the foundations of standing postures.

Day 2 – In this 20 minute class, Mariana focuses on closed hip standing postures.

Day 3 – In this 20 minute class, Mariana focuses on open hip standing postures.

Day 4 – In this 15 minute class, Mariana focuses on symmetrical standing postures.

Day 5 – In the final class this week, Mariana flows through various standing postures learned throughout the week.
