Peloton has quietly expanded its Special Pricing Program once again, adding government workers and hospital workers to the list of eligible groups in the US – while also officially rolling out the program to Canada for the first time.
These special pricing programs give a discount on Peloton hardware, as well as discounts on the Peloton app memberships (no discount is offered on the All-Access membership for device owners).
According to Peloton’s updated Special Pricing page, both government employees and hospital administrative workers are now eligible for the program, which has historically been available to healthcare workers, military members, first responders, educators, veterinarians, and students.

This builds on a larger revamp Peloton made to the Special Pricing Program last year, when Peloton delivered price cuts on nearly every piece of Peloton hardware, along with reduced rates for the Peloton App’s two subscription tiers, App One and App+.
In addition to adding new eligible worker groups, Peloton is also expanding the Special Pricing Program to Canada. Peloton announced the news via press release, writing:
Peloton’s special pricing program, designed to support those who power our communities, has officially launched in Canada. Beginning January 26, eligible students, teachers, medical professionals, first responders, and military personnel across Canada can access special pricing with discounts across the Peloton product portfolio, including the Cross Training Series Bike, Bike+, Tread, Tread+, and Row+, the Original Series Refurbished Bike and Bike+, alongside lower monthly rates for App One and App+ membership tiers.
The offer is available to teachers, military personnel, medical professionals, first responders, and students in Canada. However, as is the case with the U.S. program, students are only eligible for app offers, and not hardware device discounts.
Eligible Canadian members can now receive the below discounts (note that all pricing listed is in CAD):

Peloton’s move to expand both eligibility and geography suggests the company continues to see targeted discounts as a key strategy for attracting new members.
As always, Peloton notes that eligibility requirements apply and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. Interested members can check Peloton’s Special Pricing page in the US (or this one in Canada) to see if they qualify and to learn more details.
