Peloton instructor Selena Samuela announced an unofficial lower body strength program called “Power 4”. This program is a curated collection of 4 specific Glutes and Legs Strength classes Selena taught during March and April 2024:
The list of classes in Selena Samuela’s Power 4 strength training program are:
- 30 min Glutes & Legs Strength – 3/1/24 @ 5:30pm ET
- 20 min Glutes & Legs Strength – 3/15/24 @ 5:30pm ET
- 20 min Glutes & Legs Strength – 4/5/24 @ 5:30pm ET
- 30 min Glutes & Legs Strength – 4/26/24 @ 5:30pm ET

Selena wrote in her Instagram post how she designs her strength classes with “functional, real life applicable moves targeting specific muscles groups, to boost strength, and enhance endurance” in mind.
She went on to say these were specifically designed to fit together. “I’ve created these 4 classes that you can either take on rotation and create your own little lower body program, or take as one offs and throw them into your strength rotation to optimize your lower body work.”
Selena recommended her Power 4 program for the “runner in between races looking to make some speed gains, maybe you’re a golfer or a tennis player, or maybe you’re a new parent.”
You can take Selena’s 4 Glutes & Legs Strength classes above as your own program, or as one off strength classes that you incorporate in your overall strength training.

If you’d like to take them as a program, Selena suggested these options for how to do so:
- Take all 4 classes every week for 3 or 4 weeks, adding in upper body and/or core strength to the 20-minute lower body class days
- Choose 3 of the 4 classes (feel free to change which 3) every week for 4 weeks
