It appears Peloton will beat their “Early December” estimate for shipments of the Peloton Rower. We are getting multiple reports that deliveries of the Peloton Row will begin next week – November 14th.
Peloton began sending out emails to members today titled “Your Peloton Order is Ready to be Scheduled for Delivery!” It directs members to click a link taking them to their Peloton order where they can pick from available delivery windows in real time.
Peloton is calling their delivery service for Row the “Peloton Premiere Experience”
It says:
Schedule your Peloton Row delivery right now and take your rowing journey to the next level. It’s ready to be scheduled, and your Peloton community is waiting to inspire and push you forward.
As of right now, the earliest delivery we’ve seen scheduled is next Monday, November 14th, 2022. The exact times available will depend on how quickly you click the email, what area you live in, and more.
Once you pick a time, you get a confirmation email with the date. It notes that you should be contacted the day before for a 3 hour delivery window.
As previously reported, Peloton is moving to outsource most delivery. We’ve seen some emails mention JB Hunt will be doing delivery, while some others say XPO.
Peloton recently updated their support page for rower delivery.
It says:
Peloton Premier Experience services include delivery into your room of choice, assembly and connection of the Row, and removal of packaging materials. It does not include installations of the Upright Wall Anchor.
Once Peloton Row arrives at your home, please allow at least 30 minutes for our Service Technician to complete the assembly of your Row. All Technicians are professional, courteous and will be respectful of your home. They will also be sure to remove any of the Row’s packaging materials from your home before leaving.

Lightly concerned…
Preordered on preorder day, ASAP, but no email delivery today. When I check the Order Status page, Estimated Delivery lists as “On Scheduling Hold.” Do you think emails are being sent in phases potentially by distribution centers?

Weird, I received mine on 11/7 at 5:52 PM EST. Also pre-ordered day 1. Email subject was: Your Peloton Order is Ready to be Scheduled for Delivery!
