Robin Arzón’s Cookbook to be Released in 2026

Peloton instructor Robin Arzón recently appeared on the Hurdle podcast last month, where she shared that her plant-based cookbook is officially slated for release in 2026.

Update: Robin Arzon’s cookbook will be called “Eat to Hustle: 75 High-Protein Plant-Based Recipes” and be released March 10, 2026.

In case you missed it, we previously shared that Robin teased that a cookbook project was in the works. She announced the news in a video with Katie Couric almost a year ago, and said that the book was likely to feature solely plant-based recipes.

In this newly-released podcast, Robin shares that a cookbook has been a goal of hers for a decade. She stated:

“I’ve had a goal of having a cookbook for over a decade. And low key, I’m the person always getting down in my kitchen. And then it was the pandemic where I was like, oh, okay, well, I’m home. I might as well show people what I affectionately call the ‘royal kitchen.’ And then the cookbook came about and I’m so grateful. It’s such a cool project.”

The cookbook project has now become a highlight of Robin’s week, offering a creative outlet that fuels both personal and professional growth. “It’s such a cool project,” she shared. “The highlight of my week is working on that cookbook.”

In the podcast, she also revealed she is targeting a 2026 release for the cookbook.

Robin is vegan – meaning that she does not eat any animal byproducts and is fully plant-based – and she has confirmed that her upcoming cookbook will feature entirely vegan recipes.

The Hurdle podcast is a wellness and personal growth podcast created and hosted by Emily Abbate, a journalist, fitness coach, and public speaker. The show focuses on conversations with inspiring individuals, including athletes, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders, who have overcome challenges or “hurdles” to achieve success in their personal and professional lives. Numerous Peloton instructors have appeared on the podcast throughout the years, including Adrian Williams, Olivia Amato, Ally Love, and more.

You can listen to the full Hurdle episode with Robin via Apple, or wherever else you get your podcasts. We will continue to share updates on the release of her cookbook as details become available.
