Peloton has recently been making some small updates to how users can order replacement parts for their Peloton Bike, Tread, and eventually Row.
Replacement parts – such as cycling shoe cleats, pedals, power cords, safety keys, and more – were previously only listed under the “accessories” section of the Peloton website. Customers had to filter by “Replacement parts” to find what they needed among various accessories, and then scroll through a large list to figure out which part might apply to their device or not.

Over the past few months, Peloton has slowly been expanding their range of parts available for purchase. In addition, they have also been making many of these same replacements parts available via local Peloton showrooms.
However, now they have added a new dedicated page for replacement parts. The page can be found at: https://www.onepeloton.com/shop/replacement-parts.

The page allows members to filter by device, ensuring that they only see the relevant components for their specific Peloton equipment. There are a total of five categories available: Bike, Bike+, Tread, Tread+, and additional parts. Note that the Row does not yet have its own filter or replacement parts available, but we anticipate that may change in the future.
This change won’t impact members under warranty as much – as if you have issues, you can contact Peloton customer support and they will order/send you the device you need. This new page will more impact members who are out of warranty – who will have to pay out of pocket for new parts & service.
In addition to this new replacement page, Peloton has also enhanced its support resources. Updated support pages now provide in-depth instructions and video guides to help users install replacement parts themselves.
Detailed guides for ordering and replacing parts can be found for both the Peloton Bike and Bike+ on this support page. Similarly, Tread and Tread+ users can refer to this support page for comprehensive instructions on maintaining their device.

Peloton has updated the old accessories page with a fake item, noting that if you need replacement parts, to navigate to the new section of the site dedicated to replacement parts.
