“Push Your Pace” Peloton Running Program (Improve Mile Time)

Peloton has released their latest running program, called “Push Your Pace”

This program is designed to help people improve their mile time. It is a 4 week program, with 3 days of workouts a week. At the beginning and end of the program, participants are guided to use Peloton’s benchmark mile run on the Tread to track and record their progress. If you are doing it on a third party device or outdoor – you can just run a mile and track your progress on your own.

This program is taught using the pace target style of coaching – where coaches do not call out a specific pace, but rather call out one of seven intensity levels, which you then map to a speed range based on your current fitness.
