This week, Peloton is continuing its tradition of using fitness as a platform for awareness and celebration by offering special classes in honor of two significant global observances: the International Day of Persons with Disabilities and World AIDS Day.
Peloton is marking the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which takes place on December 3, with new classes from instructors Bradley Rose and Logan Aldridge.
Peloton released these classes straight to the on-demand library at midnight (ET) on December 3. There are three classes – a run and strength class with Logan, and a ride with Bradley. You can view the complete class list below:
- 30 min. Full Body Strength – Logan Aldridge – 12/3/24 @ 12:00am ET [On Demand]
- 30 min. Outdoor Rock Run – Logan Aldridge – 12/3/24 @ 12:00am ET [On Demand]
- 20 min. Pop Punk Ride – Bradley Rose – 12/3/24 @ 12:00am ET [On Demand]

Bradley and Logan taught special classes last year as well, spotlighting inclusivity and showcasing Peloton’s commitment to making fitness accessible to all. Bradley and Logan led rides and strength classes, sharing personal insights and raising awareness about the experiences of individuals with disabilities.
In a post today, Logan shared that:
Honor and celebrate all abilities, especially today. Happy International Day of Persons with Disabilities. This 30 minute full body strength workout welcomes all participants. Inclusion starts with the unconditional acceptance and respect of ALL individuals and creating communities and opportunities to participate and support. I’m so proud of the work we have done and continue to do @onepeloton to make fitness accessible to every body 🫶💪
Grateful to have some of my badass adaptive athlete friends in studio for this one! @tommiazga @jill_ilana @chloevalentinetoscano absolutely crushed it! 🔥👏
P.S. – this is NOT an adaptive class but an example of universal design. Showcasing how experienced adaptive athletes adapt to their own needs without compromising safety, effectiveness and inclusivity. This is the way 👊
In addition, Peloton has also released a class honoring World AIDS Day earlier this week. World AIDS Day is observed on December 1st each year and aims to raise awareness of the global AIDS pandemic.
On Sunday, Jeffrey McEachern premiered a 30 minute World AIDS Day Run, which included members in the studio at Peloton Studios London, along with actress and comedian Phoebe Robinson.

Phoebe also joined last year’s class and is an ambassador for the non-profit organization (RED). Both Peloton and (RED) posted information about the class to Instagram.

This latest World AIDS Day Run continues Jeffrey’s tradition of leading meaningful and inspiring runs to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS and promote global solidarity in the fight against the disease. The class features a special playlist co-created by Jeffrey and Phoebe, and the two share personal stories and ways to take action and get involved to combat HIV/AIDS.
