Peloton Breakdancing classes announced as April fools joke

With the 2024 summer Olympics in Paris, France set to feature breakdancing for the very first time, Peloton is (supposedly) joining in on the fun, posting a video to the central @OnePeloton Instagram with the caption:

Peloton also posted a series of Instagram Stories explaining that they are unveiling this new modality in advance of the 2024 Summer Games, and also explaining what skills are required in order to succeed.

Before members get too excited – remember that April 1 is April Fools’ Day! In their final post to their Instagram stories, it was explicitly stated that Peloton’s breakdancing classes were just an April Fool’s joke. They did mention to members that dance cardio classes were available through the Peloton app. As a reminder, Camila Ramon just began teaching Dance Cardio classes as well..
