Partial Peloton Outage During Susie & Joslyn’s Two For One Run

Peloton had a partial outage today.

During Joslyn & Susie’s two for one run, scheduled for 2:00pm ET, on February 13, 2024, the majority of at-home users were unable to join the class.

When attempting to join, they were created by a message on the web of “This Video File Could NoT Be Played”. It showed a Peloton error code of 232600.

On the Tread, trying to join showed a message of “We’re having trouble loading this class – hang tight”.

While a small number of members were able to join the class and take it live, the vast majority were locked out.

The class still took place, and is expected to be added to the on-demand library as normal.

However, other live classes taking place at the same time were able to be taken – for example, Bradley Rose was teaching a class on the bike that members were able to join.

No official status has been shared at time of posting on Peloton’s status webpage.
