Peloton has not yet released the full details of the new programs – only that they will be taught by Adrian, Jess, and Robin; and will feature a structured pairing of strength and cardio. Peloton first launched their Split+ class style in October 2024. For those unfamiliar, the Split+ programs are one-week programs of bootcamp classes designed to be repeated over consecutive weeks. Each class has a strength segment followed by a cardio segment on the Bike, Tread, or Row.

These newest Split+ programs will be the first to roll out using Peloton’s newly revamped program coding, which officially launches on the same day. As we previously reported, Peloton recently announced major updates to its Programs will arrive soon – changes that they maintain are designed to improve the overall experience. However, these changes will also accompany the removal of the ability to take Programs via the web browser and on “smart TVs.” You can find all of the pertinent details via our recent article.

One of the three new programs was already teased last month by Robin Arzón. In a recent strength class, Robin shared that she was in the process of recording a new Split+ Strength program that incorporates both strength and cycling. She described the format as 45-minute sessions – 30 minutes of strength followed by 15 minutes on the bike, including at least one day focused on sprints or intervals.

As always, we will share a full breakdown of each new program and more specifics about the revamped program format as soon as they are available.

In the meantime, members can explore an overview of all current Peloton training programs anytime at our full list of Peloton programs.
