Peloton Launches Monthly 2-for-1 60 minute German Strength Classes

Peloton is launching a new class series: monthly two-for-one 60 minute strength classes instructed in German.

Peloton shared the news via Facebook, writing a post that translates roughly to:

No fear of sixty minutes of strength training!
In our monthly two-for-one courses, two coaches each lead you live through sixty minutes of bodyweight strength exercises. Starting off @Erik Jäger – Peloton and @Assal Arian – Peloton. Suitable for beginners and advanced students.

The post includes a video with instructors Erik Jäger and Assal Arian in the strength studio at Peloton Studios London (PSL), trying out a challenging dual strength move.

The first class is already available in the on-demand library, and it aired on Friday, January 16 at 11:30am ET. It is instructed by Erik and Assal, and is a 60 minute Full Body Strength class.

It is unclear exactly when each subsequent class will air, but Peloton makes it clear that members can expect one 60 minute two-for-one strength class per month, likely with a rotating cast from the German instructor team. Even though an hour in length, the classes are intended for members of all fitness levels.

Note that even if you do not speak German, you can always turn on closed captioning.
