Peloton Can (Manually) Refresh Daily Streaks to Award New 75, 100, 150, 250 Day Daily Streak Badges

Last month Peloton launched a new expanded set of daily streak achievement badges – a fun incentive for those who have been consistent about showing up day after day, whether on their Peloton hardware device or the digital app.

Historically, the longest daily streak badge that was available was for up to 60 days; but this new update added badges for a 75 day streak, 100 day streak, 150 day streak, and 250 day streak.

While the update was met with enthusiasm, many members noticed their streaks still have not been automatically recognized or backfilled if they had already surpassed the required number of days. Some members wondered whether they would need to lose their streaks, and start over, in order to earn the new badges.

The good news is that Peloton can manually refresh daily streaks to award the new 75, 100, 150, 250 day daily streak badges.

Although Peloton hasn’t rolled this out universally and automatically recalculated streaks for everyone – and they have not shared why – members have reported success by reaching out directly to customer support. In many cases, agents are able to fix the streak, triggering the badges to appear within a day or two for members who have enough daily workouts and should have earned them. This means members do not need to take a break and restart your streak to earn the achievement – they just request a manual update of having their daily streaks refreshed from Peloton customer support. The internal name for this appears to be an “Achievements & Streaks Recalculation.”

As a quick reminder, these new daily streak badges were first teased with imagery of a 365-day badge, but it appears that Peloton opted to launch a 150-day badge instead (at least for now). Whether additional milestone badges like the 365 day one will follow remains to be seen.

In the meantime, if your daily streak is not being recognized with the new badges, there is no need to stop your streak. Reach out to Peloton Support and ask them to review and recalculate your daily streak badge. Many members have already done this successfully.

Note that all of this only applies if you have a long-running streak that is already past the 75/100/150/250 day mark. If you are just approaching those for the first time – the system should automatically award you them as normal when you hit those daily marks.

This did not work for me, although I tried several days ago before this was published. The costumer support had no idea what I was talking about and couldn’t even comment if the 365 was real or misrepresented. I had to opt to break my streak, unfortunately.

Now we need longer weekly streaks. I’ve been consistent for almost 5 years, but it’s not recognized beyond 4! 😑
